What is the delivery turnaround time for any purchase made online?
We commit ourselves to deliver your shipment within 72 hours maximum,however depending on the size and the type of the product (bulky items like bedroom sets or wardrobes that needs fixing and installation) , it can take maximum 5 days to deliver and fix.
Is the delivery FOC and what is the minimum amount of purchase is required for FOC delivery?
Accessories and small items can be delivered free of charge on shopping of minimum150 AED or above. To deliver and fix any furniture the minimum shopping amount should be AED 500.
If the purchase amount is less than the minimum amount required for FOC delivery then what will be the charge for that delivery?
For Accessories anything below 150 AED billing amount, AED 10 extra will be charged for delivery and on furniture if the bill is lesser than 1500 then additional100 AED will be charged.
Will there be an option for express delivery on any extra cost.. if so then what will be the cost?
At Panemirates we consider all the shipments as our high priority and are delivered within 48 to 72 hours and hence we do not recommend our customers to shell out extra for express delivery
Is there cash on delivery option available if so then how will be the additional charge for that facility?
As of now we do not have the facility of Cash On Delivery, but soon we may come up with the same.
Is there any limit on the weight of the product that I can purchase through online only?
Accessories above 6 Kg will be considered for extra charges. Click here to read more info on third party shipment conditions
Will there be 0% installment facility for online purchases if so then what is the minimum purchase amount in that case?
At PanEmirates we have a tie up with few leading banks in the UAE to provide 0 % instalment facility to our customers, if you hold a credit card from any of these bank ( Emirates NBD, ADCB, City Bank, Mashreq Bank) you can avail the facility by calling their customer service number after you complete your shopping with us.
Can I cancel the order after the transaction is made but before the product is delivered? If so then how will be the refund process?
The answer varies on the following situations -
a. You can certainly cancel your order before the delivery and the refund would be processed as per our standard cancellation and refund policy, click here to read more on that.
b. If the cancellation has been made after or at the time of delivery and the product has not been unpacked and fixed, only 10% of the total value will be deducted and the rest balance will be processed for refund. Click here to read the refund policy in detail.
c. If the item has been unpacked and fixed and the cancellation has been made following that and if there is no visible damage on the item, PanEmirates will deduct 25% of the total value.
d. If there is any manufacture defect in the item and customer wants to return due to that, there will not be any deduction in that case.
Can I cancel and return the product at the time of delivery? If so then will there be any charge on me?
10% of the total billed amount will be charged in such cases.
If the product is delivered and later customer finds any issue with the product, how that will be considered for a refund/return/ exchange or cancellation?

What if there is a change or mistake in the product that is delivered..can the actual product be delivered on priority?
If there is any discrepancy in the ordered item and the item which is being delivered, PanEmirates team will report the same to the logistics incharge and customer service and will surely deliver the desired item on priority.
How customer fix his or her convenient time day and time of the delivery?
Our Logistics team will call one day before the planned delivery date and you can suggest your convenient day and time with him if in case it does not fit within the planned schedule.
What if the customer is not available at the time of delivery which was scheduled after checking on his/her convenience, can customer reschedule the delivery again.. will the rescheduled delivery be charged on the customer?
Yes the customer can reschedule the delivery day and time and there will not be any additional charges to do so.
Are there any restrictions for the delivery to any areas, if so then what are those areas?

Can someone else receive the delivery on customer’s behalf?
Yes you can nominate any other person to receive the delivery on your behalf. You can specify the person to receive the shipment at the time of fixing up the delivery schedule with our logistics team on call.
Can the customer change the delivery address after he/ she has purchased the product online?
Yes the change in address can be done by calling our customer service at 800726, but it may imply of additional charges if in case the new location falls under the restricted areas.
