Our teams have been instructed to follow COVID-19 guidelines as per the World Health Organization (WHO) and the local authorities. Your health and safety are of our utmost priority, and we have ensured that our staff practice precautionary measures in our daily operations to create a safe environment while you shop and also contribute our bit in curbing the pandemic:
• Sanitized facilities. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all our facilities, we have increased the frequency of cleaning of our stores and warehouses. We have further introduced rigorous sanitation process for stores and storage facilities. Along with the installation of sanitizers at all workstations, we have provided sufficient protective gear to all employees to use while delivering their jobs.
• Infrared thermometers. Our security guards have been assigned at the entrance with infrared thermometers to prevent visitors and staff with high body temperature from entering our stores. Our delivery teams are continuously monitored to make sure they are fit to deliver your shipment.
• Staff hygiene. Our salespersons, frontline, cash counter and other staff have been trained on maintaining their hygiene and wash their hands every hour; They have also been instructed to use sanitizer before and after every interaction. Our delivery teams, carpenters and drivers are strictly advised to adhere to the hygiene instructions such as using sanitizers, wearing hand gloves and masks before entering your home for the delivery.
Medical checkups. Our entire staff has been going for routine checkups and medical screening to ensure they are at their best health.
