Yes, you can cancel the order before the scheduled date of delivery without any charges. We will process your refund within 5-7 days. For more details, please check the cancellation policy.
You can return your order at the time of delivery without any charges and request for an exchange item at 800-726.
If an item is found faulty, you have 3 days to request a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation. We can collect the order for free or you can drop the item at the nearest store location and request repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation.
In a circumstance where the wrong item gets delivered, we will make it our priority to deliver the correct item on the next business day.
You may cancel your Order within 3 days after the date of delivery and request for a return.
For hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange will be made on unwrapped bed linens, fabrics and mattresses.
After the receipt of the returned order, we will Refund the cost of the purchased Products within 5-7 days via bank transfer. Refund will be done on the same card that was used while purchasing the products online.
You may also cancel your Order if the Products are damaged faulty or not as described, in such case we will refund the delivery cost as well, If you paid any.
