Do I have to pay for the design consultation?
An amount of AED 1,000 will be charged against the interior design consultation for purchases of furniture and décor that are less than AED 20,000. For purchases of furniture and décor that are more than AED 20,000 the consultation will be complimentary.
Do I need to have a layout before booking a consultation?
It will be helpful if you share the layout. In case the layout is not available, you can share pictures and dimensions of the space with our consultants who can make a layout and moodboard for you. However, this can only be done upon confirmation of your payment of AED 1000/- How can I avail the Pan Emirates design services? Is there are warranty for the products I purchase?
Yes. PAN Emirates Home Furnishings warranties the original purchaser for a period of 2 years starting from the date of purchase. If your purchase has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, you can contact us to claim your warranty. Please note you will need your original sales receipt to initiate your warranty claim.
